Over-indulgence at Christmas

Once again we have reached that time of year when many of us will either eat too much or drink too much or, in all likelihood, both. Over-indulgence is as much a part of the festivities as exchanging presents and many of us are all too familiar with the consequences of this excess! The recovery process is something that all those familiar with this situation must go through and this can certainly be aided with eating more healthily and with the help of the herb Milk Thistle.

The foods we consume during the recovery period certainly have a significant effect on how successful we are, as are those we cut from our diet.
